Welcome to Affordable Parts. Our goal is to provide high-quality replacement parts at competitive prices, supporting farmers and businesses across Canada and beyond. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments are billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering. For the most current pricing, please check our website or contact us directly.

Billing and Payment Terms: We accept payment via MasterCard® and Visa®, and other payment methods where applicable. Payments via personal checks are also accepted, with the understanding that the check must cleared before merchandise is shipped.

Return Procedure: Returns of new or unused products are accepted within one year of delivery. Damaged or defective products must be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please contact our sales department to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning any items. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the package, and a packing list or invoice must be included. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and products must be in marketable condition (excluding warranty returns). Returns must be sent prepaid, and we do not accept freight collect or COD packages. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. No returns on Lubricants, cut products, electrical parts or specialty order items.

Cores: All Cores must be returned in the original box that the new core came in.

Backorders: We strive to ship all orders the same day they are received. However, certain items may occasionally be back-ordered due to unforeseen circumstances. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available and will be priced according to the original order date.

Warranty: Affordable Parts honors the warranties provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of the products we sell. We disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the procedures outlined in the Return Procedure section above. We do not cover shipping costs, crop losses, or labor costs associated with warranty claims. For warranty coverage on knives and shear bars, damage caused by stones, wood, or metal ingestion is excluded. Liability under warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
